RSS feeds

i think Rss feeds are interesting, and have heard about them on the radio and by my husband but never used.
professionally i put a few journals in that i usually read, personally i can link to my husband's blog
i found my RSS links mostly by having the reader search and then subscribing. i did google one site and linked from there, but it did not go to my list and had to do again thru the reader search.
this took me about 30+ minutes. Lauren

web 2.0

1. i am participating in 8 things to learn more about technology, to try and keep up and to learn tools to use the social networks that i have linked myself to.
2. from the web 2.0 i learned a bit about the evolution of web 2.0 and how it differs from 1.0. and what some of the special sights are such as flickr and ad sense. there is a lot of info and it is overwhelming.
3. interesting to see how little there was on the HP website 13 years ago and how much now.
4. i spent at least an hour on this thing.
